I have never had to deal with the stress of a DUI arrest, nor the stress of paying court and lawyer fees. A relative referred me to the Meranda Law firm and after I explained the details of my case my lawyer, Ed Itayim went to work. It was a long 6 month process where the case was continually rescheduled due to requested information not provided by the prosecutor. After all the needed information was provided, Mr. Itayim reviewed all the details with me and explained if we had a case or not...in my case, we had a case! He talked to me like a friend and handled my case like a professional. Not only did my case get dismissed due to the details provided by Mr. Itayim, the judge also expressed his discern about how and why I was pulled over by the arresting cop. I am completely satisfied about how my case was handled by Mr. Itayim, especially in the events of a DUI, in which is one of the hardest charges to have reduced, but he had it dismissed! I highly recommend Ed Itayim and the Meranda Law Firm to anyone looking to have a fair chance against any charges placed against them. Ed Itayim beat a DUI case in which a breathalyzer test was used and high result was into play and won based on his attention to detail and listening to the thoughts of his client. Recently hired The Meranda Law Firm to represent me in a criminal matter. Edward Itayim was the attorney assigned to me. I was hesitant at first because he is a younger attorney. However, he worked really hard for me. He's definitely not the type of lawyer that is going to take you into court and plea you out unless that is your only option.
