Good attorneys friendly staff

Friendly, professional, and empathetic. Just a few words to describe my experience so far. What took me almost a year of trying to accomplish Malek and Malek’s team were able to bring to fruition. And by team I mean team you have all the support they can offer and the wisdom to be successful. Thank you Malek, sons, and team for the length you have gone to help me become whole again.

I cannot express how amazing this group of people truly are! I was severely injured at work. It was suggested by my surgeon that I seek immediate council. I randomly reached out to this group of people for help, and they gave me far more information and direction than they should have, before I even signed with them. I initially went with another firm, at the suggestion of a co-worker and their previous experience. However, he lost his foot, and it was hard to deny his case justice. My case, however, was tended to in a completely poor and negligent manner by the previous council I held. After multiple surgeries and year later with no success or direction I was in a terrible spot due to the negligence of my previous council and representation. I reached out to Malek and Malek yet again. I should have had this firm represent me from the start; a mere week or two after switching to Malek and Malek they had my case in order, I finally had hearings after a year, and they paved the road for progress and recuperation that I should have had a year ago. I am extremely fortunate they took my case on after so long. I do not regret in any manner having them representing me. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Malek and Malek if you find yourself in a poor and unfortunate position, such as myself. You will not regret it. NJH

They aren't too bad they charge my mom a third of her check they did everything so not too bad and worked with her on a loan for Christmas

Jim Malek was very helpful and caring while assisting me through an injury lawsuit. It was a difficult and emotional situation, he understood and was on my side. I am very happy with the job he performed.

These Malek's are Class A people! They really took care of me in my case. I had nothing to pay and previous medical issues but they represented me anyway! Ed was really good to me he was the one who took me on! Ben did a great job of filling me in with details on how to be prepared and what to say. Very bad experience!! The attorney i got was just a waste of time. I don't know if they all like that but the one that i got DID NOT win the case and now he wants to quit fighting.
