My OVI was in the Marietta Ohio Court system. Chase had a great professional relationship with the judge and prosecutors. He is very knowledgeable of all applicable laws and court cases. He used past court cases against the specific breathalyzer machine in my case, this helped leverage my case into a favorable outcome/plea deal. He always had a plan and gave me options and scenarios of my case. He was always available to talk on the phone. He negotiated my charge to be reduced to reckless operation and no additional court ordered license suspension. He got the best case scenario for me.

He got back to me immediately and was very courteous. Not only that he knew what to expect, what to do next as well was able to keep me calm when I was stressed. Chase is superb in what he does. I've been guilty of every arrest I've been cited, but Chase uses his knowledge of the law to get the case dismissed, even when the cards are stacked against me. He has always gotten my cases dismissed or knocked down to a fine and court costs by negotiating with the prosecutor . I am a habitual traffic offender and should have lost my license at lease numerous times, but Chase secures them every time. He's also very responsive to text and email, always there to answer my questions.
