My close friend and coworker were sued by our former employer who alleged we conspired to steal trade secrets and break our employment contract by soliciting employees to our new firm. Greg was a true professional throughout this 14 month legal battle where he explained every part of the process to us in a way we knew what was going on. Furthermore, if you have fears of an attorney "billing hours just to bill" or "nickel and diming" you for everything, I can assure you Greg is VERY judicious in his billing and was always a phone call or text away. After a 14 month legal battle, Greg was able to negotiate a settlement that was agreeable for my co-defendant and myself which was considerably less than what a trial would have cost us. I cannot recommend Greg and Mansell Law enough to anyone facing employment legal troubles.

I and my co-worker were sued by our former employer on baseless claims that we were attempting to steal clients, staff and documents. While the legal process was slow and tedious, Greg Mansell took the extra steps to explain what was going on currently, what to expect next and the overall strategy on the case. While we, the co-defendents, were frustrated with the overall legal process and pace, Greg made it bearable by patiently answering our questions and calming our bouts of rage over the situation. In addition, he acted as a strong advocate on our behalf when the plaintiff was being unreasonable about settlement terms and discovery requests from our current employer. While we were initially opposed to settlement (even for a small sum), he did explain to us the costs of pursuing the case through litigation, the cost-benefit of settling and left the decision to us to make in our own time. In the end, we just ended up paying back the exact sum that my coworker was paid for my recruitment and no more (less than our original offer in the order of judgement a year prior). Overall, I feel very comfortable recommending Greg Mansell and the Mansell Law firm if you are faced with a legal action from a former employer.
