I was sued. Jessika counterclaimed. They offered a low settlement. She refused to fold and prepped for trial. Finally, the other side made an offer for settlement that was just right. Jessika really held out until the last minute for a good settlement and the case against me was dismissed!

After I realized there was no other legal recourse other than divorce, Jessika Gualtieri was one of the few attorneys I could find that would actually care about my situation. Jessika may not fit your stereotypical lawyer image at first, but she is a caring lawyer and definitely trustworthy. She managed to get us diversion and even an early sealing of our case. Ms. Gualtieri was appoint to represent me in my case with CPS. In the almost 3 months she has represented me , she has accomplished NOTHING! CPS has made completely obvious lies about my family, Ms Gualteri has flat refused to bring these up to put magistrate or even mention them. I am more updated on my case than she is. She is simply holding my hand through a process, not fighting my case.
