She ruined my life, while going to great lengths to take my kids from me. Even after she got the extreme and got me removed from my house, with no evidence. As soon as I was able to support myself after living homeless, and while my ex-wife took everything, and was living in the house with my boyfriend, she knowingly used false income and got to be awarded child support from income that was two years prior when my ex wife was in school and I was still working and not back in school with no income. So when I got a place finally after sleeping in my van for months, I instantly got evicted, and was unable to support myself which caused our divorce to go almost two years which destroyed my life beyond repair and took more than just my kids and my money and house. After all that, my exwife chose to admit she was telling the truth and by then my life had already been ruined. I’ve wanted to end my life multiple times now and am currently fresh out of rehab and living in a homeless shelter while I watch my ex wife go on trips and spend all the money she got from selling my house. While I got to pay off two years worth of debt in amounts greater than the money I got. I do have 50/50 custody that she is just going to eventually take me back to court and take them again which this time would be for good reason due to my mental health and new addiction. Before I was a general manager and had income greater than 85k and was on my way to my masters and the highest paid in my field and my reputation is destroyed now and I ruined my academic grades while stopping mid semester when being removed and would be unable to be accepted back. She may be a good lawyer for some, but it’s because she is willing to ruin someone’s life and not care about the truth what so ever, all while going to great lengths to do it. She is without good moral ethics and will stop at nothing to destroy the persons life just to get her win. This has made me think the justice system is so messed up and unfair and after fighting for this country in Afghanistan for two tours i am now 33 and my life is over and wish I could go back in time and just never came home from deployment because life without your children everyday is no life I want to live and I would rather die then my kids remember me this way.

I just wanted to share that Mrs Catherine White was such a pleasure during my divorce experience. She was very thorough about everything and fair. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think my divorce would’ve gone well but she helped us avoid going to trial. I was new to all of this process and didn’t have any clue what to do with the court system or judge. I’m just glad that this is done and over with and that she was able to help me get what was needed. I’m glad that I met Mrs Catherine and she will always hold a special place in my heart

I had the worst experience with him as a lawyer. I don’t know if he just didn’t value me as a client because I was referred to him by Legal Shield or he is just a poor lawyer. He never had time to discuss my case and only wanted to interact through email. I tried to resolve my matter with his assistance till I finally addressed it myself probably costing me more money then it would have with the assistance of an attorney. Well where should I start....in today's world finding someone to do what they say they are going to do is very rare unfortunately. I was referred to Brian by an acquaintance who had utilized his legal services. I also researched his reviews online prior to contacting him. Everything that I read was absolutely true...efficient, cares about what he does, treats you fairly, does not over bill, awesome communication, truly professional, easy to talk to, great at his job and so on. I think we all feel a little intimidated when you need to use the justice system. I always felt like I had someone on my side that was straightforward but understanding. He allowed me to ask questions and answered in a way I could relate to. His first call to me was on Labor Day on his free time. With all this being said, Brian is a great attorney! He worked hard to get my case settled and finalized. Truly a great job. I would utilize his services again and refer him to all of my family and friends.
