I hired Catherine for a long difficult divorce. She was everything I could have asked for and more. From the very beginning, she listened to all of my concerns and walked me through all of the legal aspects. She helped me get temporary custody of my son while we worked through a lot of behaviors with my son, and his father. We had a guardian for my son appointed immediately at the very first court hearing. Catherine told me at our initial consultation with her experience what she thought the outcome would be and she was right on everything! She really knows the court system and the judges. Catherine was always available for me at any time with any questions or concerns I had. She always answered her phone and if she was busy, she would call me back as soon as she could. I felt very well taken care of and Catherine was always very kind and professional. She is here to help people get what is fair. She will tell you if she thinks something is not necessary and is a waste of money. She really cares for her clients and wants the very best for them! Catherine White has skillfully guided me through 2 family law matters. Both times she did everything she could to prevent us from being divorced and Catherine was successful in both instances. The first time she got my wife to drop the case against me. The second time she worked with all parties involved to hammer out a dissolution that was fair and equitable. When we went before the judge he stated that normally he has to go into chambers and hash out the details of the agreements because they are so poorly written. In our case he stated that he had no questions about the agreement because it was so clearly written. He simply asked us if we agreed to it and we were done in less than 10 minutes. Two of which were used to praise the work that the attorneys had done.

Attorney White is amazing. She took time to understand my situation. I was married in India and my husband now my ex lives in India, I am in US with my 2 kids. SHE'S NOT "JUST" AN ATTORNEY...SHE'S MUCH MORE!!!! I wouldn't have gotten through this very nasty and long drawn out divorce if it had not been for Catherine. I own a metal roofing company in central Ohio. Unfortunately i found myself needing legal assistance with a relatively small claim with a client. *Update* Catherine to the rescue again!!!!! I hired Catherine initially while going through an extremely high conflict divorce. My divorce was finalized late January 2023. By the middle of March 2023 my ex-wife was up to her usual disparaging and hurtful behavior. I had hired Catherine during my divorce and to say that she helped me throughout that process is an extreme understatement! When I met Catherine it didn't take long to discern that she is not like any other attorney I have ever spoken to. Catherine is caring and compassionate; she is thorough and knowledgeable. Due to a simple misunderstanding my ex-wife kept my daughter from me for 5 months. My ex-wife and her attorney fabricated lie after lie. The situation started when I advised my ex-wife that I planned to exercise my parenting time for spring break. I arrived on a Friday in March to begin my parenting time and my ex would not allow me to have my daughter. I called the Columbus police department and they advised me there was nothing they could do; that only the judge could enforce the shared parenting plan. That began 5 months of hell as my poor daughter was once again kept from her father. Catherine fought for me and filed several motions until the heat was enough that the other side started wanting to negotiate. I could not have gone through such a trying time without Catherine by my side. This past week marked the first time in over 5 months that my daughter was with her daddy. I just finalized a divorce that lasted almost 2 years. My divorce was extremely high conflict! I had everything including the kitchen sink thrown at me. In July 2022, my wife and I filed for a restraining order against a neighbor, in which we received a temporary order of protection and a court date scheduled for early August. Before the hearing, the neighbor’s attorney approached my wife and me, and asked to settle out of court with a civil agreement. We agreed, but not having experience with this type of contracts, we retained Brian Garvine, Attorney.
