I have used Mr. Karlock's services 2 times over the last 8+ years. Both times I was impressed with his level of courtesy, knowledge, professionalism and keeping in touch. He would always call me back about concerns and explain anything I had questions about. I am very grateful for his work on my behalf and would highly recommend obtaining their services if you are in need.

So thankful for Julie Hall, I could not have won my SSD case without her! She was always helpful and informative with a timely response to all of my many questions. Julie & her staff worked tirelessly on my case, which was extensive. Anytime I had a question, they explained the answer to me. Even when they had to explain it a couple of times, they were patient with me. I was told what to expect from Social Security and the hearing that I went to. They told me that I could call them anytime- even after My case was won.

My dealings with Ms.Hall was short and very sweet. I tried on my own to get SSI benefits for my disabled son. The SSA is not the easiest federal agency to deal with. I hired Ms. Hall in September 2018 to file an appeal on my son's behalf since he is an adult. By the first of December 2018 we were notified that he was approved and went to SSA to have everything set up the week of December 16th. My son will be receiving benefits in January 2019 along with any back benefits he is entitled to. I can't thank you enough for all your help with this. I can tell you that this has lessened at least one hurdle for our family.

I don't think I've received as wonderful above as I did today with this attorney. I couldn't image hiring anyone else. Your worst mistake would be to not call and simply ask about your case. They are fair, straight forward, and provide correct information.

Did the bare minimum in helping my husband. In the almost 2 years waiting on the court date, our attorney Carl Karlock, was only in touch 3 times max. I asked about appearing on my husband’s behalf and he told me no, even without asking the court. He did nothing to fight for my husband’s approval when my husband has proof that his quality of life is around 15% compared to other people. Please do not use this law firm unless you are prepared to basically represent yourself. Because if there is more than a small amount of work to do, they won’t do it, you have to. I wish I had known how little they were going to do, I could have gathered all the things myself. Even after informing him of where more information was to help our case, he still didn’t do it. He seemed disinterested in helping us at all. Maybe if we would have been getting a bigger back pay he would have worked harder since that would have meant a bigger paycheck for him. I’ve told all family and friends to look elsewhere if they need an attorney for any type of disability
