This has been a horrible ten years!!! Always telling I don’t pay when I have and telling me I’m behind when I’m not. Have paid huge chunks of money to them but my payment never changes and my amount never goes down. They’re horrible! Sheena is ridiculous they should have terminated her years ago she must be related to them!! Smh! Just want it to end honestly!
