Unprofessional with sketchy ethics This firm offered me a job & then rescinded it after I asked for details on the supposed benefits. The “Director of Operations” is the wife of the managing partner. She was in my interview but said she didn’t know anything about the benefits. Seems like she would have that information in her role. I followed up with her because I wanted everything in writing. Less than 2 hours later she sent me an email rescinding the offer.

Attorney Gus is a Great lawyer. Helped me get through the employment based green card process with ease. The process is stressful in its own right, but he helped a lot. If you need help and do not want to mess the process up by doing it on your own, go through him!

Few years back, i was struggling (one prior attorney messed up our case at PERM) with getting the employer based green processed while sitting outside the US. I started my hunt online while i was in Pakistan, after a rigorous search i found Shihab the owner of this firm on youtube giving an interview to CNN. I was quite impressed with his profile and internet presence and decided to get my case filed. From start to finish it took us approx 4 years (include 2 years of COVID) to officially gain the visa. The process throughout was a bumpy ride as you are aware how immigration petitions can be unpredictable in terms of time and handling approval/denials but Shihab and his team with decades of experience gained control, tactically and wisely overcame all the obstacles during the EB2 visa process. Shihab has been always friendly and was available 24/7 throughout these years to respond to any questions i came up with. I would definitely recommend Shihab to all the people who are willing to gain green card based employment visas to enter US. He is the master in handling such cases and not many attorneys in the market are able to file such petitions on behalf of the applicants who reside outside of US.
