I've worked with lawyers before. There is none who is more attentive and quick to respond. Gus worked with me through my work visa process. Sometimes, I felt like I was the only client. Then I realized there are hundreds more. He answered my emails and carefully comforted me over the telephone about each and every query. Usually you will never hear from lawyers after the first call, its only their assistants who respond. Gus is different. He genuinely cares about his clients and takes personal interest in their needs. He is also honest in that he will not sugarcoat his answers. If you don't stand a chance in a case, he will tell you. We need not only more lawyers, but more human beings like Gus Shihab. I haven't met him personally, yet speak such things about him. You can imagine what work ethic he possesses. I have had an extremly positive experience with Mr. Gus Shihab. When I worked with Mr. Gus Shihab, I felt like I hired more than an attorney, I hired a friend. Apart from the immense knowledge and vast experience that he brings to table, Mr. Shihab is very easy to talk to and work with. He was very responsive. He took great care in understanding my situation and my needs. He went to great length in explaining and preparing me for the process.
