I was an active duty Marine Corps Officer without custody of my daughter. She was in a tough spot with a mentally ill Mother. Paul Panico and Adam Eliot expertly represented me and we rescued my daughter. Paul walked me through my options at the time. It was an up hill battle with me being an active duty service member and never having custody of her before. But he laid it out for me in a way that made me understand, confidently, that we had a chance. He handed me off to Adam Eliot and we went for it. Adam's work ethic and ability to "frame" information into a strategy was mindblowing. Paul was there every step of the way. I felt like I was part of the team the entire time. If you believe in your heart that you are doing the right thing, you owe it to yourself to go see Paul Panico and Adam Eliot. They will bring out the truth. We saved my daughter together. We saved her from abuse that, at the time, we did not know was happening. Paul and Adam have my highest confidence and you owe it to yourself to go see them. My experience with Paul has significantly exceeded my expectations. I was so skeptical at first since I've never retained an attorney before and I've worked for attorneys, so I know how some of them can be. Since Paul was so much more responsive than other attorneys, I was willing to pay his higher-than-average hourly rate, especially after he made it clear that he wasn't going to retire off me and if it was justifiable, he'd balance the scales. I felt like I knew Paul my whole life after sitting down with him for our initial consult 10 months ago. He listened to every excruciating detail I had to give him and took great notes. It was obvious he wanted to make sure I was fully protected going into the ordeal. I had NO idea the opposing counsel we were going up against would sink so low not only in professionalism, but in just supporting a fair & positive outcome for the best interest of our child. Paul kept me aloft on every trick, delay and dramatic inject opposing counsel added to the mix. With magistrates failing to show and numerous month-to-month hearing "pushbacks" because opposing counsel would purposely wait until the day of court or close of business the day prior to present their offers. This is because the more months that passed, it became a game of attrition for opposing counsel hoping I was just "settle" and drop the contempt against my ex-wife for refusing to let me see our daughter for nearly three months without even notifying the court or modifying our agreement. Long story short, opposing counsel was able to drag this relatively simple case out for ten months using EVERY trick in the book at the expense of our child, the valuable time of the courts, the court guardian at-litem and Paul argued for the best interest of our child and for a timely and fair outcome for both parents, despite all of the petty drama stemming from opposing counsel. Approximately 8 months of hearings (or lack thereof), I had spent thousands on two attorneys (including court guardian ad-litem) and couldn't take much more. That's when Paul worked with me to make sure we got through this ordeal together. He was a man of his word and provided the legal protection, arguments and filings needed to ensure that I got 50/50 custody of our daughter and significantly more time with her. I wish I would have retained him back in 2015! If you want an attorney who WILL fight for your rights as a loving parent when you're going into a scary legal situation and you want a legal professional who WILL respond to you promptly, Paul Panico is your best bet in Central Ohio. Take it from me who was so skeptical to ever retain legal help in the first place. It's worth the money to establish your self as a parent for many years to come!!!!

Hello my name is Chris. I would just like to share my recent experience with Paul Pinicole and his law firm. He’s helped me out a lot through my custody battle for my kids. My kids was in a not so good situation in life. With Paul’s legal assistance I literally had temporary custody of my kids within a couple weeks of Paul filling our paper work. Paul represented me in a Divorce and Custody case which lasted over 2 years, due to my ex-wife constantly refusing to settle. The case finally went to trial. Paul did a great job for me and I was very happy with the results of my case. I don't usually write reviews, but I stumbled across this site and I just had to put my 2 cents in. Paul and his staff were really understanding of my situation and did a great job putting my case together for me. I feel like many other attorneys would have given up because my ex-wife and her lawyer were really hard to deal with. But Paul hung in there for me and talked me off a ledge several times. My case involved custody and a pretty complicated financial situation. I ended up feeling like I could get on with my life and a great resolution all the way around.

Paul Panico is a brutally terrible lawyer who failed to secure a simple visitation agreement for me in FIVE YEARS. He never sent me even the most basic documentation regarding my case, and was insensitive enough to often cut our calls short because he had to "pick up (his) kids from hockey practice." Hey, genius, you're supposedly representing me in a child-visitation dispute. Try to use a little sense. I'm absolutely shocked that other reviewers here claim to have had good experiences with him, and I highly suspect that sock-puppetry is afoot. If Paul is reading this right now, I know for a fact that he's looking up what that terms means. Stay away from this terrible and lazy lawyer or regret it forever. You've been warned.

I have been using Mr. Panico's services since 2013. He has been great to work with and I will continue to use him in the future. Any time that I have had a question or concern about anything that was going on that pertained to my case he was always veey helpful. I was even able to contact him after hours if need be.
