Attorney Panico is absolutely outstanding! His office is extremely responsive to all phone calls and emails with the upmost professionalism. Attorney Panico specializes in complex divorces, custodial issues and financial asset protection as well. He was very knowledgeable and strategic in his approach with my complex case and was empathetic to my needs and situation. My divorce was long and at times quite arduous but he was understanding and was able to settle before trial! I would highly recommend his services as he is experienced and incredibly knowledgeable. He was tactful in his handling of my case and he would absolutely be the only person I recommend.

All processes may vary in time but two and half years and I am still seeking resolution. Not in the overall outcome but also the wrongs that were done to me along the way that were not dealt with and now are inconvenient to deal with for the process. Which charges reflect and results are yet to materialize from supporting documents I submitted to this firm. I am hoping that one they will and if they are have been submitted or are in works the communication of that is absent. Adam and Paul both are very good people that I am confident in. I only wish I could have the same confidence in my case plan, status, and potential ending to this sensitive personal experience.

I selected Bill after consulting with three attorneys before offering a retainer. I never regretted that decision. Bill was patient and successfully managed the case. My spouse filed false charges and although these lies never received the justice I felt due, the false charges never gained traction and did not deviate the baseline 50/50 time for kids. Bill targeted only things that mattered to me and were justifiable in the court of law and assisted me in evaluating those things that may not be important and ultimately more legal expense than value gained. While I believe Bill has the capability of being ruthless if warranted, this was not my intent nor his. As a result, we had a professional relationship focused on the best interests of the child.
