Kept their word.

I was concerned about my injuries and medical bills after being in a rear impact collision while stopped on the freeway during rush hour. Scott Schiff and Assoc was there for me right away and handled the entire process helping settle any medical bills that occured and also covering money for any future expense that may arise in the future. Thank you for your help!

2 years ago on my way home from work at 3 a.m. I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident which put me in ICU for a month and rehab for a month. Scott's office came to visit me in the hospital and said they would take care of everything, and they did. I strongly recommend this office and Annie Bradley who did so much to help. Scott you have a winning team and I strongly recommend you to all my friends and family good job guys keep it up.

The staff was always polite and helpful, even when I was stressed about the accident. They took care of everything. Even the collection agencies!

I would recommend Scott Schiff and Associates to EVERYONE! Keith Shepardson and Jennifer were amazing from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and fought for me for almost two years to get the settlement that I was entitled to and deserved. I was hit by a drunk driver and he totaled my car, caused me tens of thousands of dollars in medical fees, a year in physical therapy, a broken shoulder, concussion and much more. Scott Schiff and associates were my first and last call. They started working with me right away and took care of me every step of the way. Fast forward to today and I can finally put this ordeal behind me. They were able to get my medical bills paid off and got me a very fair sum for pain and suffering. After they were nasty about everything and anger that my daughter's boyfriend didn't jump to come pick up his check which was crump change anyway. After a trip downtown in the heat to pick it up, he got it home, and ready to cash, they had never signed it. What rinky dink outfit doesn't double check what they give to their clients. What else did they forget to do.

The initial rep that I was working with Sara Russell was TERRIBLE. If I called her I had to place multiple calls to get in contact with her... She would not return calls unless the message that you left was kinda rude (which I hated to do) When she sent me an email telling me that she resigned I was relieved! LOL Then my file was transferred to Nichole Schoen. She was more thorough in answering my questions and returning my calls/emails. If it wasn't for the first person I probably could have settled my claim a long time ago. Nevertheless... Overall I am pleased with the outcome. Keith Shepherdson was awesome and very kind and patient with answering my questions.

Schiff & Associates have really taken care of me above and beyond what I expected from a larger law firm. They aren't huge, but they seem to be very friendly, professional and were timely on keeping me updated on my case. I was able to settle out of trial and got Much more than I expected from my case. Not to mention all my medical bills were paid and I got just over $17,000 to keep for myself. I recommend choosing Schiff & Associates to anyone with a serious injury or even simple case.
