Attorney Elizabeth Mitchell, brought in on my case by Partner Smitherman, has been a huge support through the process of my custody case. She has been involved and attentive, supportive and encouraging, as well as informative and transparent. I couldn’t be more pleased with Ron and the staff in his office and what they did for me. She was my attorney and did not support me in any way. I was constantly ignored, made to sign documents I wasn't comfortable with, and more. She is condescending to her own clients and refuses to fight for them. I had to hire another attorney, who got the 50% custody I was seeking in a few weeks vs the years of no progress with Erika.
