This law firm has been a blessing to me and my family. They have helped me with my BWC claim, in so many ways that I can’t even start to explain. They have been very responsive to every email and question that I have sent to them. Bob Robinson is the best Lawyer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Immediately I will say after 1 consultation with Ronald Petroff, I was so much more confident in my position as a defendant in my custody case. I was impressed by how his team worked together to help save money and time for me. I am a shift lead at restaurant and my income verries so I was so worried. Ron was always present to tackle my worries and made sure I had the answers I needed. I even recieved some of my retainer back in the end. He showed up to court early, and dressed like a boss!!. Getting hurt at work can happen to anyone. It happened to me on a random Tuesday almost three years ago. My father had used this firm years ago and strongly urged me to call them. I'm so glad he did. I used both the Workman's Comp and disability departments and they both came through for me and literally saved what was left of my life. I will be eternally grateful. I hired Ms. Smitherman in my divorce case to battle my narcissist husband who was fighting every step of the process. Ms. Smitherman told me all the things she could do to help my case, however, she only took my money and I am in worse shape, now than I was before I hired her. She refused to file contempt against my husband to get him to pay court ordered child support and court ordered medical reimbursement, and then sat on the divorce proposal for 7 weeks in order to make more money and drag out my case to trial. Then, despite the fact that I kept them updated on the remaining credit I had to spend after maxing out all of my credit cards ($25,000 total in attorney fees and I wasn't even divorced yet) they went OVER the amount I had given them to spend by $3300 and they have threatened legal action against me if I didn't pay it. I terminated their services and I'm fighting my own battle. You don't need an attorney to navigate a divorce.

Man to say they get the job done is a understatement..when I thought it was over and there was nothing more I could do they sure proved me wrong and for that I’m forever thankful 🤗
