I hired Yazdani law firm to file my AOS after speaking with 15 different immigration lawyers in Ohio. I am really happy with their services and with all the help I received during my I-485 AOS process. Payam and Duvessa were very knowledgeable, friendly and at the same time extremely affordable. I will highly recommend Yazdani Law firm for immigration cases no matter how complicated your case is. I will hire them again in future for all my immigration related filings.

Horrible, scared to fight for you, her strategy is whatever the other lawyer wants to do, fired her and retained a new attorney instantly got everything i wanted!!!

He's a great attorney to have when your case is really complicated

obvisouly my daughters injury was not enough of a value for these attorneys to take a case. my daughter gets injured on someone else property due to the properties negligence, I had a meeting with this firm and they said we could take this case. Then the property attorneys must have swayed their true power over this firm because they then call and say well there is no case. so it appears if the money isn't sufficient enough for their pockets then they will ignore true justice, or the opposing attorney scared this firm. either way a 5 year old gets injured and it seems people scared to stand up for justice. attorneys you can trust lol dont look at these guys.Oh forgot to mention, it was the hampton a hilton hotel chain. quit sending my household your marketing trash. Your pathetic response is ridicoulus, you sent people that were supposed to be so knowledgable about the law. they interview me for almost an hour and then say you have a great case. Made me sign papers to accept my claim and represent me. then after more than 3 weeks of trying to see what is going with the case, I finally get contacted with nothing more than excuse that had nothing to do with law statutes. So either you as a supposedly great law firm was either scared by the rich and powerful hilton attorneys or the money was not enough to line your pockets. The hilton employee did warn me that their attorneys are more powerful than the one I had attained.. guess I should of hired them instead. so please dont insult my intelligence with your response. Is there was no legal actions that were attainable, then why would your firm tell me to call others attorneys before statue of limitations were up. Really, so pathetic and contrididicting yourselves and leave a response to try and justify your actions. I am not in law and can clearly see through the false response. At the end my daughter has trouble with her hands and noone is to pay for this, that's fine. Justice ya only if it lines your pockets, so in the end justice in your law firms eyes has a price, no morals. so sad.

My EAD went back to USCIS and they weren't redelivering my card. With the help of Mr. Yazdani, I got my card within 2 weeks. I would suggest people with the same problem (if your card is sent back to USCIS for some reason), go to Yazdani law firm quickly, so that you can start working soon. I would like to thank Payam Yazdan for work he did to ensure my mum got an immigrant Visa to come to US after her being denied visa several times. I was so sad to know my mum would never come back to see me and her grandchildren not until I hired Payam Yazdani to work on my mum's case. I so happy to know that my mum got a immigrant visa and now she can come visit us anytime, thanks to him.
