Ben and Jameson advised and represented us during a real estate issue / new home construction against our builder. Their calm and very experienced guidance kept us sane during a very emotionally and financially stressful time, and they helped us successfully achieve our desired outcome. We would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again. It’s a relief to know I can call on them for a number of issues because the scope and breadth of the firm regarding real estate is wide and deep.

As a condo Board member for a small condo community we had contractual complaints concerning a capital improvement project that included an insurance claim. We had a large Ohio condo law firm who for 2 years did nothing but take our money. We met with Wright & Associates and within 2 hours they stated we have a case. No more than 16 months and we had settled out of court in our favor. We would not hestiate to call Wright & Associates prior, during or after any future contractual capital improvement projects. We highly recommend Wright & Associates for condo communities and all other contractual disputes with contractors, large and small.
