Our experience with Melissa S. @ Wright & Associates was absolutely wonderful !! She was so kind and caring about our situation. ❤ She was great to work with and very fast about responding to our calls, texts, questions and concerns. She did not drag things out and procrastinate our situation. We hired her to get our child's birth certificate changed by adding the father to the birth certificate and the child's last name changed to match the father. From the very first day we contacted her about our legal needs, to the day that she finalized our case, we definitely felt represented by her and her firm.

Ben helped us with an insurance claim and he was outstanding! We worked with him for about 2 yrs. He was successful in securing us money the insurance company was refusing to pay. We could call & text him anytime. We are from a small town in Ohio and being able to "connect" with whoever we chose to represent us was important. Big city attorneys are typically more aloof and arrogant but Ben was very friendly. We never felt ill at ease or uncomfortable around him. We would definitely use him again should the need arise!

I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Wright and his associates on very complexed case. Ben was diligent in getting a judgement when no one else would. All the folks working with him were professional and very responsive. I had communication all the way through the case to close. Ben was meticulous in his review and gave me what I was hoping for! Sent me a letter regarding a complaint filed with the AG office. Callled them. Didn’t even contact them myself at first. After calling, I had to call back after waiting a week for a response in order to speak with Ben. Ben then asked me to send him the contract we discussed on the phone call in order to determine the case, but after about 2 weeks I haven’t heard back at all. Even to at least tell me that he’s not taking the case. In my opinion, typical predatory lawyer, but more like a hyena waiting around for a kill, rather than actually willing to do the take down themself.

Ben Wright wrote our part of the contract when we were building a house with a custom builder. We later had issues with the builder trying to get them to fix things.. We were able to reference the addendums to the builder’s contract that Ben wrote to force them to fix several problems. Ben saved us thousands of dollars in construction.
