I am beyond satisfied and pleased with the amount of work, time, and the outcome of working with this law firm. I have been fighting for my custody rights, which is already tough enough, but being out of state and not having any insight of law firms or the different laws in the state was terrifying. I am blessed that I have come across Petroff, Smitherman and Associates, LLC. I had the honor of working with Elizabeth on my case. I am so glad that she was in charge of my case. She has been able to provide me with the ins and outs of fighting for my custody rights, handling different situations and overall just being light in this darkened situation I was placed in. Erika Smitherman was a lawyer during my divorce. My advice to all potential clients not to use her services. She came for the potential hearing totally unprepared, taking even a paper from the other side lawyer. Under her pressure I agreed on a very bad financially settlement for me. Erika didn't protect my interests at all and lied to me about possible outcome days before the settlement. A decree that was finally signed 5 hours after I corrected it ( she just looked at me and didn't help) was full of mistakes, doesn't protect my child all the interests and the template was taken from opposite site. Erika didn't bring paper or laptop. If you want to win , please, do NOT use this so called lawyer.
