I used Graff & McGovern LPA for some property litigation in Knox County, Ohio. I had previously hired 3 different Ohio lawyers who all quit the case and told us we were going to lose. Levi Tkach at Graff & McGovern did a great job for us in communicating with the State Medical Board of Ohio about medical licensing issues affecting our specialty. He knows the laws very well, of course, but he also knows the people at the State Medical Board of Ohio and how to approach them to discuss the matters. After his initial analysis of our situation, he was able to provide us with additional talking points to bolster our position.

I was disappointed with the service I received from Graff. I never felt he was on my side. He always pushed me to surrender my license...even telling me to do that in front of the Board. I eventually hired another attorney and he saved my license...something Graff said was not possible.
