PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW... On a Saturday evening I left the Joslyn Law Firm a message, within less then a hour the owner had called me back. This was extremely impressive due to the fact the office was shut down due to the covid19 pandemic. My son was arrested for domestic violence on Thursday evening and I was so worried for his life being in jail with the virus problems. You see my son has a kidney disease and a bone disease. He has already had one kidney removed and the one left was not in the clear. The owner was so SERIOUSLY concerned and let me know it was important to him just as well. He told me Tamas Taber would get ahold of me and he would be the attorney to handle the case and assured me it would be handled. Never knew at that time that an attorney let alone the owner would be so compassionate and diligent on someone else's family legal problems. We ran into a problem of the bail hearing date, first being set for a Wednesday then moved to Monday then moved to Thursday; it was a mess. Sunday night late I found out the hearing was rescheduled for Thursday instead of Monday. I rushed to let the attorney know of the change and what he basically said was going anyways and THEY were already in route to the jail. Both attorneys. They not only addressed the hearing being moved around but was able to get the hearing done that morning. Not very many lawyers would had made that long trip for a hearing that was at the last minute cancelled and moved to another date but Joslyn Law Firm did and was not even a little bit upset; it was more like a "oh no you didn't" situation for them. Tamas Taber is an amazing attorney! If you call he calls you back really quick. This point is EXTREMELY important when it comes to picking a law firm as well as there American Bar scores. Tamas Taber was able to get my son's charges for domestic violence down to a M4 with suspended jail time. We jumped on that deal quick because as I am absolutely positive that he would have got the charges dismissed, I just did not want to take the chance and the waiting stress with my son and his health. M4 can be sealed later. 90% of all court hearings are give and take out comes. There is NO sure cut cases. But when you have an attorney that is tough as nails but also down to earth, compassionate, and caring that works in a law firm that the courts and judges recognize as pit bulls in the court room; that's when you KNOW your voice is going to be heard and they going to fight for you and treat you like family. I truly believe that Tamas Taber's actions may have possible saved my son's life. This is and will always be my families law firm for any of our legal needs and I will be very soon rehiring them for my son's child custody attorney.
