Brian has represented me twice. Once for my initial charge in 2016 and was able to get an F2 charge with guaranteed jail time dropped to an F4 with community control probation. During the entire process Brian was kind, compassionate, and kept in constant contact. I was given his cell number to call or text with any questions I had and he always got back to me in a timely manner. I never felt rushed and knew he was taking the time to know my whole side. During my second stance was a PV that was given due to miscommunication with the probation office changing my report officer. I was out on a recognizance bond in 9 days (which is u heard of), and the entire case was dismissed and reset at my court date. My husband has also hired Ryan for representation in a misdemeanor traffic case, that was also resolved quickly in our favor. The entire office is phenomenal at what they do. I would never look anywhere else if I ever need an attorney again. **I seen several review saying they overcharge, and are not flexible with payment. In my experience I interviewed 5 attorney initially, Joslyn Lawfirm was priced in the middle as far as retainer. And both times allowed us to make payments till it was paid (prior to court). I never felt as though they were being pushy or demanding in any way**

After my initial consultation, I was given Brian Joslyn cell phone number and he did return my calls and reached out to me on weekends when questions needed to be answered. During my case, he was able to dissect the evidence of both sides and get positive outcome by negotiating with the prosecutor and providing feedback on a regular basis leading to a positive outcome. Initial contact was a random selection from a web listing of attorneys. Boy did we get lucky. Ryan Shafer initially handled a citation for a senior week activity and just recently handled a traffic citation that could have been serious. His calm demeanor and reassuring behavior made a nerve racking situation tolerable. In the end, the outcome was far better and with lower fines than we had hoped. The entire staff at Joselyn was supportive and responsive to inquiries. Hope that we never have to see him again, but if trouble comes our way - I know where we are going.

Search no more! Brian Joslyn's law firm is THE best defense attorney firm in the Columbus and Delaware County area. I have never written a review before. Knowing how important it is to a person's future I felt that it might benefit others in similar situations to share how caring, knowledgeable and effective Brian was when handling my son's case. He was facing 3 felony charges and one misdemeanor. I was certain that he was going to have to go to jail. When telling Brian about the case I could tell how he was going to put his heart into helping us. Honestly you could see how much empathy he has for others. He was faced with a very difficult task because he had to also strategize how to undo damage that the previous attorney had caused. He answers and returns calls promptly, and is very knowledgeable about the current laws. Brian has a very strong presence in the courtroom. My son had all of his charges dismissed! We even had a huge amount of court fees that we no longer had to pay! Brian is now working on expunging my son's record from previous charges! He honestly has given my son his life back! He truly is amazing!
