I feel so blessed and incredibly grateful that Mr. Wagner was appointed my council in a custody case in Pickaway county. He is so knowledgeable and amazing at his job. He's honest and upfront with the different possibilities surrounding your case. He's patient and takes time to explain things and how things work. He's always reliable and even though he is busy, he makes sure to return calls or just check in. He's extremely professional and also always makes sure you, his client, feels comfortable, seen, and heard. He truly is the best of the best. I was lucky to be appointed Mr. Wagner but if I ever need a lawyer again, I will be calling Evan!!! He uses deceased people in court and makes lies up from national t.v that has nothing to do with case. He been terminated from one law firm because of his actions

Evan came through for me and my daughter in an emergency situation even while being semi-retired and taking my case when no-one else in my area would. I was backed against the wall and my daughter was breaking down mentally and physically. He was able to break the barriers placed by my Ex and made him realize what he was doing was not right or fair. We all were able to communicate in the end and do what was best for my daughter.
