He's just a good human being who does whatever it takes to help his clients

tghis man took money from me for a juvenile case in muskingum county, #21930020 and considering I was not a party of the action when my daughter was taken from her grandmothers care and documents from the agency state she was taken from her grandmother because of reasons related to her mother it should have been a simple task to h=get my daughter out of foster carfe. He withdrew motions foled by myself which prolonged the process, he somehow allowed them to order a mental health evaluation when in abuse, dependency, and neglect cases this is not proceedure, and on 12/19/19 when he didnt show up for court and some dude walked in late in lieu of him i was forced to have representation from a man i did not know where he allowed purgery to be committed. Evan has not returned my money after promising me my daughter and it apperears as if he seemingly took my money resulting in ineffective counsel if not more. I have no idea what transpired at my last hearing and Evan hs failed to explain to me what happened, all i know is my daughter has been in foster care for nearly a year and the public service workers involved have no quarrels with lying under oath. failing to bring this information to the courts attention and ultimately hindering my daughter from h]returning home this man is not someone you want on your side as he plays on the opposing team. He has failed to return the money he has taken from me and refuses to do his job.

I have a hellacious criminal background with surprising details like : I graduated with a 3.7 gpa, and before I was a drug felon I was a 2nd grade teache. My life changed whey daughter was born, I beat a heroin addiction, I got married, gotta job, and a home. My daughter was taken without my knowledge, hearings were held regarding her custody and NEITHER of her parents were notified or allowed to be present. I’ve lost most of the nice things I worked so hard to obtain over the last 4 months due to negligent public service workers, I am now a separated man due to unfortunate circumstances forcing my wife to relocate back to our home state after my stepson was released to a man that is on felony probation for rolling a vehicle 7 times with his child inside drunk...... Evan called me on a Saturday, before Easter and it blew my mind, he’s a smart man & probably a good chess player, him pissed off could be a force to be reckoned with and I’m sure he is going places as long as he keeps fighting for what’s right!
