I was told that would probably get probation. I got 1 year in prison. He said my early release would get me home that night. I didn't get it. If it might not happen, don't even mention it. I don't think I was prepared correctly and told to testify in my own behalf, so in court I said nothing.

I haven't had any experience with a private lawyer untill an unfortunate incident led me to need one. Currently represented by Jon Tyack, I feel so much relief and confidence that going forward, my case will end in the best case scenario for me. Mr. Tyack is extremely personable, compassionate and thorough. I hope to never need a lawyer again going forward, however if I should, I will definitely be calling upon this law firm again. Paul Scott is a straight shooter and I highly recommend his services if you need an attorney for your criminal case. His office location being near the courthouse makes for easy access and representation. He handled my needs professionally and followed up after the case making sure all aspects were covered. If the need were to arise again I would retain him without hesitation or reservation.
