I've got two tech startups, and I was referred to Samir by my university's legal services. Atty. Dahman went over and above what he was hired to do in our case. In addition to representing our best interests, he attempted several negotiations with the plaintiff's attorney in good faith, only to find that they wouldn't accept the settlement that they had requested in the first place. We were forced to go to court, and when we arrived, the plaintiff settled in order to avoid the hearing because we had a preponderance of evidence, and they had none. The plaintiff's claim was without merit. Atty. Dahman was ethical, completely trustworthy, and acted without reproach through the ordeal. In addtion he was compassionate and kind to my sister, who is slightly challenged. I would recommend Mr. Dahman highly to anyone. We are very lucky that he was recommended to us, and that he agreed to take our case.
