Pros
1
Excellent and caring legal services
“Been my law firm for 6 years now and they are the best and care the most”
2
Timely and professional legal process
“Would highly recommend! Quick and painless process, communicative, and highly professional. Would use again.”
3
Compassionate and supportive staff
“Caroline Stearns is a godsend! This Law Firm is one I highly recommend. Not only has Carri been great to work with but she is a huge supporter and is really helping me get through this very difficult process.”
4
Strong legal expertise and successful outcomes
“What I thought was going to be a hopeless cause turned out to be successful. What could have been a waste of time and money was neither.”
5
Reasonable and transparent billing practices
“I engaged Dahman Law firm on a fixed fee basis - very focused and goal oriented. Achieved objective that was discussed prior to engagement. Like the fixed fee approach as it helps a small business like us to know exactly what our legal cost is prior to engaging a lawyer.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication issues
“I just called to speak to someone to represent me about my Lyft accident as a passenger. The woman asked a few questions and said they can't help me. What? I already have a claim with the Lyft insurance company. So that was strange.”
2
Unprofessional and unethical conduct
“Very unprofessional and vindictive lawyers. They will smile in your face but have no intention of helping you if you disagree with them . Jennifer El-Kadi and Mr.Babin are especially petty and ruthless.”
3
Neglect of client's best interests
“I felt like Gregory was only concerned about the $$$ and definitely did not look out for my best interest.”
4
Delays and lack of progress in cases
“It's been a month since I left this review and called and emailed. Still no response, a phone call back or paperwork I was supposed to get over 2 months ago.”
5
Difficulty in reaching and communicating with the firm
“No responses. Hard to get information for case that are getting paid for. They have terrible communication and don't give any updates.”
