I had the pleasure of calling the law office of Cooper Elliott few months ago after my horrible stay at a rehabilitation nursing home in Dublin Ohio. I spoke with Miss Tammy McKinney, she closely listened to my story regarding my horrifying stay at a Rehab nursing home in Dublin Ohio. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and time that Miss Tammy McKinney provided me over the phone that day. She sent me an email later, directing me to the right state agencies who could help me with my complaints against that Rehab nursing home, who caused me an emotional trauma after my knee surgery stay at their facility. Miss Tammy was very compassionate in listening to what I went through and took almost an hour of her time trying to help me and calmed me down. She very honestly told me that her firm won’t be able to take my case but again took her time in explaining to me where I should go. This shows how committed Cooper Elliot law firm is in taking care of any one who calls them, that’s going an extra mile in listening to others stories. Whether they will take that case or not.
