It was great being able to give our case to Beth! We didn’t have to worry about anything and she communicated every step along the way. We were as involved or not involved in the process as we wanted to be. Beth and her team went above and beyond and ensuring we were given a fair case. She was thoughtful and we didn’t feel taken advantage of as we reached settlement.

Beth was very professional and friendly and helped me with a difficult situation. She was diligent and kept me informed all the way from start to finish. I was almost at the point of giving up, but she kept pushing and delivered a great result. I highly recommend Beth if you are ever in need of an excellent Personal Injury lawyer. Beth was amazing to work with! Since this was my first time going through something like this, I had a lot of questions at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of this process, and I had answers to my questions the same day!!! Beth Jones is an amazing human being and expert at her craft as an attorney. Beth managed me (an admitted handful) and my case with equal parts compassion and professionalism. I wanted to be involved and she did so. She is a terrific strategist and realist. Beth allowed me to make decisions and was always fair in presenting the pros and cons. I never once felt like this was just "a job" or playing "the game" with her. She made the absolute unbearable, bearable. I will forever hold her in the highest regard.

When my father was killed by another driver I sought out someone I felt would gave me the best chance to obtain some level of justice, and found Beth. Ultimately I did not obtain the justice that should have happened and settled for the insurance sum. However, this was no fault of Beth but a law system that has no empathy for victims. She was straight forward with us and explained the process and barriers in the law that ultimately led to my decision to spare our family additional grief that would get us nothing in the end.
