I had a cpo and a domestic violence filed on me. There was a custody case going on and none of this was easy. The other family was using my past against me. I moved to another state and knew nothing about what was happening and my wife was served with custody papers from her ex. In it was a cpo order that had a court date for that day so I was able to do research and saw that this firm could handle complicated cases. I was not disappointed the moment I retained tamas tabor. I came back to Ohio to face these false claims. I was approached by detectives and told them to navigate it through tamas he then got prepared for my case and said because of my record it didn’t look good. He knuckled down and was able to get them to twist up their stories with a series of questions he had them practically telling the truth. He took my complicated case and was able to get it dismissed. We used the Joslyn Law Firm for my son and would highly recommend their services. I located the firm through a Google search and, as opposed to another firm to whom I reached out, the Joslyn Law Firm lived up to the claims made in their advertisement. We were contacted promptly after our initial inquiry and the firm continued to be responsive to our needs throughout the course of our case. The attorney was both professional and patient with us at all times. We were apprised of all options and the attorney ensured we understood the ramifications of all available options. Our case was settled in a timely manner and the outcome exceeded our best case scenario. I was in a bit of hot water with the city of Upper Arlington. I installed a new driveway and the contractor I hired did not pull the proper permit. And the driveway exceeded the maximum width allowed. After trying to contact the contractor with out any success and not having complied in time to correct this issue I received a summons from the Upper Arlingtons mayors court. This matter had now escalated to a criminal matter. The last thing I wanted to do is go to court and possibly have a misdemeanor on my record over a driveway! I called the Joslyn Law firm just a few weeks before the hearing. They answered my call immediately and had me on the phone shortly with Attorney Ryan Shafer. He asked me to explain my issue and agreed to help me get this handled. He advised me on the next best thing thing to do to get within compliance for the city of Upper Arlington. He was able to get me out of the required court appearance and even had the charge dismissed and off my record. This a very satisfying result and was vey pleased with Ryan’s help with this matter. Obviously I don’t plan on getting into any trouble in the future but if I do I now know how to call. Highly Recommend Tamas Tabor! He is professional and respectful. He is direct and honest about what are the factual options. Didn’t care for the gentleman I spoke with over the phone, he didn’t give me much of a chance to talk an most definitely gave my hopes up when he gave me the advice he recommended, an to find out I actually got what he said I wouldn’t get due to the type of charges I had. An then he told me to get my money together an give him a call back an before I could tell him I have the money he was already fast talking me dismissing me off the phone. So it’s a NO for me. But thanks for making me believe that that the impossible is possible. I’m not saying this place is horrible an I didn’t get much of a chance but it’s my experience that put the bad taste in my mouth during the over the phone consultation. the website is very nice especially the biography of each attorney, which is what grabbed my attention but that one guy made none of that matter
