As an out of state defendant, I was very nervous about how my case would be dealt with and what options were available to me. I was very nervous about going to jail and having a felony on my record. My case didn’t have many options aside from a plea deal or a diversion program of some sort, so I was looking for an attorney to negotiate the best outcome for me. I was charged with fifth degree felony possession of drugs and Attorney Joslyn helped me get into Ohio’s ILC program. Now I have the opportunity to get my life back on track and come out of this situation without a conviction.
