The Josalyn Law firm was fantastic. They are very professional and very hungry attorneys and it shows. I was extremely happy with the way the firm fought for my case. Brian was there an hour and a half early for my court date negotiating and fighting my case with the prosecutor prior to my arrival to the courthouse. He negotiated a great deal for my case before even meeting with the judge. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. I can’t say enough about how easy and great the Josalyn Law firm was to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

WOW!.... I don't know what else I can say about Brian Joslyn or Joslyn Law Firm except WOW. Very professional, easy to get ahold of and did an amazing job of making himself available to myself and my family. I was facing two felonies, an F3 cultivation charge and an F3 Possession of marijuana charge. To make a long story short, Brian was able to get my charges dropped to 4th degree MISDEMEANORS!!!! Brian Joslyn is a BEAST! I am from Athens county by the way, which is about an hour and fifteen minutes from Columbus. Brian had no trouble making the trip down to my county and didn't charge any extra for traveling. Brian Joslyn is well worth the money and is actually somewhat cheap considering the talent and skill you're receiving in return. Brian gave me his personal cell phone number the day we obtained his services, and always returned any phone call within a matter of minutes. Brian always made a point to explain all court proceedings in a way that my family and i could always understand. Brian has a ton of experience, and you can almost feel it in the court room. I will always use the services of Brian Joslyn from here on out, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Can certainly recommend this law firm based on the results of my case alone. Could not have expected a better outcome for my situation and I'm convinced it is because of the lawyer I was provided and maybe slightly my attitude toward the process. Mr. Shafer must really know what he is doing. My only complaints are not receiving notice of court dates from their office (Even after requesting them after a missed appearance. Receiving nothing from the court via mail was also the issue), and not getting return phone calls twice. I had to use the courts web portal to stay up to date. In spite of this, four stars for a successful venture.

Brian Joslyn is an outstanding lawyer he knows how to articulate what you need in the court of law he is kind and very personable. honestly, one would be crazy not to hire him if they have an upcoming court case thanks Brian for what you have done for me.

Joslyn Law Firm is the hardest working firm ever! Ryan my attorney has helped me through an OVI and a PO violation and got me the best out come. The ladies who work in the office are so wonderful and great at communicating! Everyone is always in the know of what is going on with your case or can get you an answer very quickly! Payment was nothing outrageous and in my case JLF was nothing but helpful with allowing me to move a couple payments around. Payment scares a lot of clients and JLF is great and on top of everything!
