Henry Acciani handled my case personally and did a great job. He negotiated in my behalf and I really appreciated that he took care of reimbursing Medicare and my health insurance company for the medical bills I was required to repay. Henry's son Robert handled the settlement meeting and explained all the paperwork. I was very satisfied with their work and believe I got a fair settlement.

I contacted Attorney Yazdani and Duvessa when I needed to remove the condition on my green card. I was extremely nervous and stressed about my chance of getting approved, but their legal experience and kind attitude quickly alleviated my worries.
