My experiece with Mr. Luftman or Ben as he insisted I call him, was great! I grew up in a immediate family of attorneys along with aunts and uncles in the same profession. I was advised to call Ben from a retired attorney who is my close family member. I was nervous about my situation, but the combination of Ben Luftmans obvious knowledge of the specific legal issues inside and out, his confidence, and kindness calmed me down and made the entire process much easier than I expected. He went above and beyond in my opinion. He gave me his personal cell and answered calls and text messages even on the weekends. I really felt that I had someone in my corner who cared. I have dealt with another attorney and did not receive anywhere near the personal level of care untill I was a client of Luftman and Heck with Ben at the helm of my case. He is obviously extremely well versed in the law, but explained things so that a layman like myself could understand. I don't think anyone wants to spend money on an a lawyer, but I was and am completely confident the fair price (IMHO) that I paid was money well spent. Especially, considering the eventual positive outcome.

I was in desperate need of help with a very sensitive matter, and I could not be happier that I made the choice to hire Mr. Luftman. Got tossed around from lawyer to lawyer, 2923.11 (L) (1)-(3) O.R.C says it don't apply to the weapon ordinance law of Ohio, but refused to fight for me, talked down to my like I was stupid when I came to law, also refused to acknowledge any real law I brought to him, furthermore, he said he thought 💭, I thought he was in cahoots with Athens prosecutor office, when I said nothing of the sort, forced me into a plea, I would not recommend thease to a enemy!!! Joe kunkel was the second attorney, Ben luftman was the first, said I had a good case, but Joe kunkel told me I would lose if I went to trial, on a weapon under disability, on a MUZZLELOADER! it don't apply to the weapon ordinance law of Ohio

My son didn’t have to do much. Just needed to show up on the court dates. They, the Luftman’s firm, did the rest. I was promised when we went in the first time to discuss the dilemma my son was in, to just be patient. Very professional and great lawyers. I was told that this was a very good firm! Well, I found out that this is one of the best, if not the best law firm in central Ohio. Thank you Mr. Luftman!!
