Retained Mr.Luftman for two separate misdemeanors involving petty theft. I went into the situation extremely worried about possible jail time, fines, etc. Ben got both the charges dropped and in the end was overwhelmingly shocked by the outcome. Highly recommend these guys, they’re great and very confident in what they do. 6/5 stars!

When searching for an attorney, I looked at the ratings. There is a reason Luftman, Heck & Associates has one of the highest ratings. If I could give 10 stars I would! Mr Luftman took our situation into consideration and gave us a great rate a few months ago when he represented my fiancé. He was able to get exactly the result we hoped for (probation), after the public defender who was assigned to the case said there was nothing that could be done and jail time was the only option. When a new issue came up this week, Mr Luftman was quick to respond to me and drafted a motion immediately to help my fiancé get out of jail early for medical reasons. He knew we were struggling financially and did this free of charge. I highly recommend Ben Luftman and his firm. He was very polite, responsive, and effective!
