I would highly recommend Ben Luftman and Don Olson. They were able to cut my daughters excessive sentence in half. Her first lawyer just took her money and made the situation worse, while these two actually helped her. They are what lawyers should be doing, working in favor for their client rather than for the prosecutor. They listened and gathered all the information they needed pertinent to the situation and made things happen , all at decent price.

Ben Luftman was amazing.. I didn’t have to come by the office or anything. Everything was handled by text email and short phone calls. Thank you soo much for the dismissal on my case now I can continue to work and renovate my home this spring

Ben Luftman and Joe Kunkel did an amazing job on my traffic case! They were able to get my speeding ticket reduced and I didn't get any points on my license. 👏 I didn't have to go to court either, they got it resolved on their own! I would highly recommend Luftman Heck and Associates!!!

At first I thought the price was too good to be true. Almost every other law firm I contacted about my problem wanted way too much... and this was a charge I knew I was innocent but it was a horrible allegation. Peter and his paralegal (Lindsey) did such a great job and helped put me at ease, as much as they could. Peter is definitely not an attorney that is going to sit back and sees what the outcome will be. He did ,without a doubt, stand up for his client and paid very close attention to details. Luftman, Heck & Associates did a great job on my traffic case.
