I utilized Carol’s law services for my dissolution and it being my first and hopefully only dissolution she really made the process easy for me. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. She responded to any communication I had in a timely manner and I can’t recommend her enough.

Carol has been nothing but amazing. She helped me through a rough time and we came out on top. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have custody of my fiancé nephew; where he is safe and protected. She is very knowledgeable, knows her law and always responds in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Carol to any and everyone. Very thankful for her and the services that she provided.

She was so helpful and understanding. She asked many questions to understand my situation and made sure I understood every step. She was very concerned with making sure all the wording was correct so that there was no ambiguity and I was protected.

I feel very honored and blessed to have met Carol and had hired her as my attorney through a very difficult divorce. She was empathetic, always took the time to listen and had superior communication skills. She would explain every step of the process in detail. No matter what curve ball was thrown our way, she ALWAYS had a back up plan. She genuinely cares about her clients and their best interest. I had a court date two weeks out and no representation. I contacted Carol and she took the case with little time to prepare. She helped me gauge a fair judgement of the outcome, and exceeded my expectations by far. Divorce with children is rarely easy, and Carol certainly made it less frustrating with her natural ability to analyze the circumstances. Will use for my next divorce ;)

I had a very poor experience with Carol. I selected Carol based on my familiarity with her in other professional dealings and, after consulting with her, my budget. Carol is very intelligent and confident. She knows the law and I felt as though she had a plan. However, this is where I feel our partnership went south. My case truly should've been an extremely easy case to win: documented drug test failures, documented showing up to care for the children under the influence, infidelity, 3 job terminations in 6 months, a separation agreement written by Ms. Strench and signed by my spouse, over 70 tardies and 10 unexcused absences for my oldest child, and more. Despite these facts, and no real negative information on my side: 1) my spouse disputed the separation agreement, which was then essentially dismissed from court as being unfair and one-sided 2) because my spouse disputed the agreement, we were given a guardian ad litem (ok'd by Ms. Strench) which I had to pay a significant cost for. 3) this guardian, who seemed to be much more familiar with the opposing attorney, promptly overlooked and dismissed the positive drug tests and the overwhelming tardiness 4) The other significant evidence was tabled "until we go to trial" despite me asking why we weren't going back and forth negotiating AT LEAST two times and yet... 5) due to believing that must just be how it had to play itself out, I've STILL not been in front of a judge. 6) and the times we were in court (not in front of a judge, simply finally doing a bit of negotiation) she was yelled at by the opposing attorney and was able to be bullied into a losing position. My spouse was able to concede nothing and pay no consequences for prior actions. I believe Carol is very intelligent and knows the law quite well. I do feel VERY strongly that Carol's lack of listening to my concerns and continuing with her predetermined agenda did my case a great disservice all while being outclassed and out maneuvered by a "higher-priced attorney".

Carol was patient and explained each step in the process related to a dissolution and determining child support. Although the process was not enjoyable, Carol was a good balance of compassionate while being realistic about what I should expect. She was good about returning calls and emails also.

Carol is a sure fire winer! If your lookingvfor a lawyer that will fight all the way to the end look no further. Carol represented me in my divorce and helped me get my life back together. Thanks Carol!

Ms. Carol Strench is an excellent attorney. She has incredible knowledge and experience in family law and child custody. When I first called her for a consultation, she was very thorough. However, I was hoping that I did not have to go through a divorce and it took me months to retain her because of my desire to still fight for my marriage. Once I retained Ms. Strench she had high personal standards and moral ethics, this was one of the reasons I hired her to represent my case. She earnestly cares about her clients and the child/children. Her professionalism and her communication is top notch. She fights for her clients and stands her ground. Ms. Strench exemplify what an attorney should be in the eyes of the public. I highly recommend her and truly thank her for all that she have done to make this transition a little more easier.

Carol's expertise was a vital contributor to my case. She came up with very good Q&A for the case based on the information I provided. She uses her experience to "read" the majestrate and adjust her presentation of the case accordingly. Because of her, the respondent in the case and I were able to come to an agreement and not hold a full hearing.
