I was involved in an auto accident, which was not my fault, and had the unfortunate privilege of dealing with unethical insurance practices. I called Gervelis law firm. From the very 1st phone call, I felt cared for. I spoke to Mark Gervelis himself, who took my case right on the spot. I worked with Frank, their excellent investigator and Gene, my personal defender who worked field tirelessly to resolve my situation. Gene was especially pleasant to interact with. He gave clear instructions on what the law firm needed from me as well as set clear expectations of what's too follow! He went above and beyond for my needs, I sincerely appreciate it. I have never been in an accident needing a lawyer however I am grateful to have them on my side; defending me, cheering me, encouraging me and finally helping me win! If you're looking for someone who will ACTUALLY do what they say they will do, go here! Make sure you get Gene on your case, he's the advocate you want! 😊

The Gervelis Law Firm helped my father with his accident claim in a very thorough and professional manner. They kept him up to date on his case. My father was very pleased with the work they did on his case. My father would highly recommend this law firm to anyone.

This is the worst law firm that is out there! They are disrespectful and rude. They are horrible at communication skills and the way they talk to their clients are ridiculous! I rate this law firm 0 stars but google won't let me! Don't ever go to them for anything!

Update: yes our experience was over the phone for about 15 min i paid 70$ to meet you for one hour . Unfortunately i spent those 15 min explaining to an emigration attorney how CSPA works on DV case and what USCIS is saying on its website about it. while he was denying that DV winners are covered by CSPA. And we ended up with no results. The only thing that came of that meeting is you added more stress and anxiety to me. Thankfully my brother was covered by the law and he is here in the states

Mazen is a concerned, genuine counselor. He went above and beyond to help my wife and me with her immigration paperwork. His fees are extremely reasonable and I never once felt like we were a bother. His follow-up is impeccable and you couldn’t ask for better service.
