The firm Cooper & Elliott came highly recommended to me for my particular case of Medical Mal against two large hospital systems in the Central Ohio area. From the moment I called to this day.. Cooper & Elliott have been more than I ever expected in a law firm. I had called and met with several attorneys. All of them either said we didn’t have a case or could not even understand the issue. There were a few the wouldn’t meet with me. Let me take a few steps back. My mom lived in a “senior village” Not assisted living or nursing home. She did have a medical alarm. A horrible and tragic event took place when my mom pushed the medical alert button over 10 ten times. The alarm company responded by sending a medic to the wrong apartment. Still pushing the button the alarm company continued to clear the alarm as a false alarm. My mom died because of serious negligence on the alarm company and the property. They worked around the clock to get the justice my mom deserved. They became like my other family. The day we reached a settlement agreement was a huge.. the fight was over and we won.
