Very disappointed in the service I received. Was charged over $1500 for 1 office visit and one home visit for my daughter who was represented by this law firm as her GIL. The GIL had to be replaced because of her pregnancy and I later received a non itemized statement containing a balance for terrible service..VERY DISSAPOINTING how certain lawyers take advantage of clients!! Wish I could give 0 stars for service!..

We changed legal representation approx. 3 years ago and Poling Law has been our legal representation for everything for our business and personal issues. They are great to work with, very professional, high success rate and their rates are reasonable. We would recommend them to everyone!

I recommend Atty. Scott. My experience with him and his law firm has always been professional, kind and an attorney who cares about his clients. My daughter was involved in a vehicle accident and Atty. Scott stuck with the case and was able to resolve problems l could not resolve on my own. He was kind, knowledgeable, but most important he worked hard to get medical bills paid when the at fault driver would not pay. He made sure all my daughter's needs were met so she could concentrate on healing and it took an enormous amount of stress off me. He never backed down and was prepared to settle the case in a courtroom. I have had other legal issues he has advised me on with a swift, helpful answer. My case is complicated immediately many lawyers referred me to another one this got old. I typed in best super lawyer and their I GOT Daniels phone number. Called and in minutes told come in sign contract and I will get started. My family got me their and boom I felt better as well as my family after meting him we knew he was the right attorney. I have a real anxiety and focus problem that makes it hard to work with me at times. Because my case is so complicated and on going issues still not resolved I have other lawyers and representatives involved. I almost daily email Daniel and he responds fast and always on it and keeps me updated. Their has been times when he emails me in court out of town and important to only focus on that today which is what I want him to do when its my time in court. But guess what if I sent him something he is emailing me back at night in his motel room, at home even on the week ends. He no longer feels like my attorney but like a good neighbor and friend who wants to be their for my family and I when the rest of the world seems heartless. For my family and I Daniel HAS BEEN A REAL GIFT.

Honest bunch. I know - shocking - but this firm was honest and made me feel welcome and comfortable from the very first meeting. I never wanted to use an attorney for the accident; I just wanted the bills to be paid. Sadly, the insurance company just wanted to give me the run around. I chose this firm based on the recommendtion of a friend who said these were the people his company never wanted to fight a case with because this firm won - a lot. That is what I wanted; I needed a hero for my quest, a friend for my journey and a champion for the legal battle. They did almost all the work. All I had to do was fill in some dates and details and they took it from there. Easy parking in the garage attached to their building was a plus. Friendly customer service and information in terms I could understand. I never felt overwhelmed or intimidated. I was so scared going into this and so relieved after meeting the team. I had a team! I never had a junior something or a secretary - I had two people. Two. When I called I got to talk directly to the people who knew all the details and were familar with me. They knew me and cared about my success. They owned the case - it was never passed around to anyone. I loved that personal touch. I needed that personal touch. It was great not feeling alone Getting hit was bad; getting injured was worse. These people made it all better! Can never thank them enough!
