Dan Knisley is an awesome lawyer and an all around great guy!

My dad fought his entire life after being paralyzed while working in Ohio cutting timber. I recall how much respect he had for Scott Knisley who handled his case and whenever a problem arose he always handled the situation. My Dad passed this year, which crushed our family and after my mom who cared for him his entire life as a paraplegic, was denied benefits, she called Knisley Law to find out his sons had taken over the practice. Doug Knisley treated my mom like family, keeping her updated and assured her he would fight for her to get what was owed. I watched my mom stress over every bill, but kept faith, as Knisley Law began, my mom was always informed of what was happening in the case. She always felt like they where part of our family and cared about the problem. The day of the hearing Doug presented the most professional case with facts, testimony and heart felt caring to all involved, after the case was heard Doug called my mom immediately to reassure he would not stop fighting for her. 52 years ago, my father in law was injured and retained the law office of Scott Knisley who did an incredible job in setting up his workers compensation settlement. Unfortunately he passed this year and his benefits were terminated including what my mother in law received to care for him. My mother in law contacted Doug Knisley who was aware of the case as his father had spoke about it often. Doug had regular contact and appealed the boards case. Doug was always up front but very optimistic we would prevail. 4 days after the hearing a decision was made by the review board to continue my mother in laws benefits.
