I used them for my bankruptcy. Mr Barr’s would call me so that I would understand his emails. He explained it so I would understand what was gonna happen. This was my first time filling. So with Mr Barr’s always there for any questions I would have. I would definitely use him again if I were to ever file again. I also would recommend him to any friend or family member. Thank you Mr Barr fore everything.

Through my experience with this office I would like to make it clear that the lawyer Kate was terrible. want to start off by saying this attorney is not worth your time or money. She is basically a legal scammer. She was hired to help me with a case. She lost the case and lost all of my protection rights. She was sitting here just charging me on conversations instead of actually doing what she was hired to do. She mishandled the situation and was negligent. She is also disrespectful she yelled at me when we were trying to understand the situation. This attorney doesn’t know how to defend anyone but herself. When she makes a mistake she tries so hard to make her self seem like the victim instead of admitting her wrong. She lost the case because of lack of evidence that she had more than enough to win the case but because she didn’t think that they were useful she didn’t use them, even when I asked her if she wanted to use these as evidence she declined and then realized it was needed for the court. BUT instead of speaking up she chose to shut up and sit there. The other attendant flipped the whole situation on me and this attorney was so gullible that she really believed the lies that was being said instead of defending me. I would most definitely not recommend this attorney shes a huge waste of money. She’s unprofessional, disrespectful, and she lacks a lot of knowledge. We talked to the person that handles the complains she was just willing to make it seem like her attorney wasn’t wrong instead of listening to the situation. She kept telling us that we should appreciate that they aren’t charging us for this conversation EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A COMPLAINT. In her opinion she thought that her attorney was doing her best and that she wasn’t in the wrong. When my friend found me this place and read the reviews we thought we were in good hands and we found an attorney but we got put with an attorney with no experience at all. It seemed like we were a practice for her. We regret dealing with Kate Venable and Abbey (the one who handles the complaints). Its not just about the money. Its about the mental situation, when you were hoping that you will be getting an attorney that will speak up for you and help you but then you find out this person will make you lose everything. She handled only the protection order and she lost it. At the same time she was telling me to send her more money so she can “help” me with my divorce. She really thought i was going to trust her enough to help me with my divorce?? For anyone that needs more information about this just reply here and i can provide you with more. I didn’t review her for no reason. I just don’t want anyone to feel what i felt and be put in the same situation. If anyone wants to take my advice good luck finding a better attorney and if not then experience all this.

I like the experience I had with Mr Jason Barr. He answered all my questions from the start to the finish. And what ever time I had a question and text or called him he had returned a texted or a phoned call back to me within 24 hours. I was very nervous at first and after the first phone call with him I was not anymore. We was on the phone over and hour and a half and he told me what he needed and what would happen from there. He is caring about his clients and dose the best for them.
