I was a client of The Koffel Law firm. I was represented by Brad Koffel and his team in pre-sentencing, and sentencing proceedings in Felony Court. I was also represented by and worked with Fran Tosi Ward who is part of that team, in all post-sentencing/Judicial Release affairs. I want to make it known, that my expectations were exceeded when dealing with The Koffel Law Firm. They took my very difficult case and turned it into a win. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner, and if something was going wrong or my family and I did not like an outcome, they were always communicating and letting my family and I know what was going on. Fran Tosi Ward especially, when it came to Ohio's Judicial Release law, was extremely hard working and lead me to be the second in a 5 year period to be released on a Judicial Release with a Felony 1 or 2. She was very personal, hard working, and realistic. Diane who works behind the scenes, was an amazing communicator and held our hand the entire way. Being someone who has personally gone through this process, I highly recommend this law firm for any Criminal Defense Law and any Judicial Release filings.
