I could run out of superlatives in describing my experiences with this firm: they are capable and responsive and all the while taking enough time to explain the intricacies of the law and how they apply to me. In short, they are everything a person could want from a law firm: highly recommended !

I don’t have any data to support this but, I would assume that when most people seek out a probate attorney, it’s their first encounter with such an attorney. Take that scenario and couple it with it being an emotional one for the person, the spouse (when applicable), and the family members. While dealing with time sensitive maters during an event that touches so many family matters, a person needs an attorney that is ethical, skilled, kind, and able to explain matters, even when not asked. During my search for an attorney, I spoke to more than one attorney at Decker Vonau, LLC; and each attorney, was very patient and very thorough when answering my questions and explaining what courses of actions were best. Once I retained Decker Vonau, LLC, I partnered with Chris to work on matters concerning the estate. He has all of the characteristics that you need when working through a situation like this one - ethical, smart, thorough, and compassionate. He was able to explain, in detail, why we had to do things a certain way and what was expected before they occurred. Chris was a great steward through this process and I recommend him and his firm to anyone who has to go through the process.
