It's like a ambulance chasing style attorney's office... I don't think they fought hard enough... But that's the past... Sometimes you can probably get more out of the insurance company if you would just ask them for an amount that you think is fair...but if it's a injury that's going to take forever hospital visits doctor visits for years... You have to get attorney... Two years average till it gets settled

My initial charge was an OVI and drug paraphernalia. My breath test was .157. I was facing up to 6 months in jail, up to a $1057 fine, and a minimum of 1 year up to a 3 year licence suspension and potentially the yellow license plates. The OVI was amended to a physical control. That resulted in no points on my license because it's not a moving violation. And the paraphernalia was dismissed. I had completed the DIP ahead of time and and avoided you having to be on probation because of that. She was also able to avoid any further suspension on my license and I was able to reinstate! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jamie Glinka. She worked hard to ensure that every detail was caught.
