I searched and searched for an attorney to help me with my foundation litigation I had with my contractor. No one wanted to travel to southern Ohio where I was located, besides Jameson. He was absolutely great, very involved and informative. He was very knowledgeable in construction and treated me like a human being. He values his work and went above and beyond for my case. I can’t recommend him enough.

My husband and I ended up with a huge construction mess on our hands (due to a multitude of contractor errors & failures) and we were so overwhelmed with where to start the process of trying to recoup some money for our massive repairs. I left a voicemail with Ben Wright's office and Jameson returned the call -- he's instantly likable and extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to understand our issues and give us some guidance over the phone; we ultimately hired him to help. Jameson is the perfect combination of being personable and a great lawyer, and willing to do tedious research. I loved that he was honest with us at all times and never just said what we wanted to hear, and impressively responsive via email when we had questions or concerns. We ultimately reached a satisfactory settlement through mediation and Jameson (and Ben) helped my husband and I keep our sanity during our very long and stressful settlement process -- and helped us avoid the need for a trial. We spent over two years with them do to the nature of our case, and I cannot say enough good things about Jameson in all respects, and definitely recommend him if you find yourself in an unfortunate situation like ours.

Unfortunately, we had an extremely bad run-in with a bad contractor and our bank was no longer willing to work with us. We were fortunate enough to be contacted by Jameson's boss and from there we built a relationship with both. Jameson was always helpful in answering our difficult questions and was so patient with us even though I know we were not patient in our process. For such a difficult time in our lives, it was so nice to know we had someone on our side that was fighting for us. They helped us get back in communication with our bank and set terms for us so we could try and move forward. We are now in the process of rebuilding with the same bank and I am not sure if we would have ever been able to do that without the help of Jameson. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.
