Not happy with my former divorce attorney, Kelly Wick. My ex's attorney was a low life snake and instead of fighting for me, she seemed to role over for this guy most of the time. At one point, my ex and her attorney insisted that I was behind on child support. Because I know how to do basic math, I knew I had actually overpaid. Kelly Wick asked me to pay the extra month of child support. I was on medical disability so I couldn't afford to pay the extra even if I wanted to. I of course refused to pay and when I asked Kelly why she even suggested to me that I pay, her response was, "sometimes I feel it's better just to pay people to keep them happy instead fighting them". She basically wanted me to give in to extortion with money I didn't have. Whenever we would be negotiating over something, she would try to discourage me from submitting my offer because in her words, "the court will mandate at least this so you can't offer less than that". If I have to give at least what the court is going to offer, then what is the point of negotiating? To run up my legal fees??? After it was all said and done, I payed Kelly Wick over $14,000 dollars for me to end up getting screwed over and constantly feel like my own attorney was working for the other side. I'm sure if you only need someone to handle a dissolution or a "friendly" divorce, Kelly would do just fine for you. But if you need someone to fight for you, keep searching because she's not the attorney for you.

Kelley helped me navigate my post separation and parenting agreement through a very difficult time. She was a great listener, responsive and clear in her communications with me. She is very knowledgeable and savvy in navigating the intricacies of the legal system. She was fair and extremely thoughtful in all dealings with me. I highly recommend her.

I never wanted a divorce, but I felt reassured having Bob Hawley represent me. He was informative, friendly and made me feel like he always had my best interest at heart. He worked with my ex's lawyer and this made this transition much easier. He helped me get the security I needed in a grey divorce, yet my ex did not feel like he was taken to the cleaners either. Having a cordial divorce made it easier on my adult children and we were all able to celebrate Christmas as a family, even after a divorce.

I obtained Kelley as representation for my divorce after wasting 8 months with someone who never even filed my paperwork! Kelley however took the lead and was very open in regards to communication and helped me move forward as quick as possible. She was open and honest and I truly feel like she cares about her clients. She was professional when need be but also made me feel comfortable when discussing specifics and next steps. I would recommend Kelley for representation if looking for someone who gets the job done and who truly cares about what’s best for their client

Kelly made a very tough situation feel manageable. She was very knowledgeable about divorce laws, the process, and always was available for questions. She was reasonable and fair in her fees. I enjoyed having her as my lawyer and hope I don’t need her in the future :)

So far they have worked well with me,but I cannot get a call back from them. I have waited long enough for this claim. There good people but no communication from them
