We hired Mike Rourke and Rob Miller with Rourke & Blumenthal for a wrongful death case. The experience could not have gone any better given the difficult circumstances. On April 10th 2016 I was in a car accident being rear ended from behind causing me to suffer head injuries. According to the police report the captured speed of the vehicle was at 55mph. However working with my buddy who is very active within criminal justice. With time passing over allowing my health and wellness to recover he referred me to GBM Law. At times I felt these efforts were futile working against opposing attoneys. Indifferently Sydney provided me with the purest hope and security that this case will work out in our favor. Working with her assistant Jen she had robust work efforts keeping well informed through the entire process and track down medical information that stunned myself. These two are remarkable pair! I was paired with Sydney McLafferty. I was scheduled very quickly with her and immediately she was empathetic and passionate about making things right for me and took on my case. I couldnt have made it through this long process without Sara or Scott. The other drivers insurance was being stubborn and didnt want to settle. Scott continued to push them until they finally gave in. After two and half years my case was settled today. Scott and Sara both worked very hard on my case . My case was a hard one because my injuries were not visible, I was suffering from migraines daily which I feel was the reason why it took so long to settle my case.
