My wife and I worked with Mike and his team following a rear-end collision that resulted in personal injury. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the legal process. Mike is well respected in legal circles and his relationship with both the magistrate and defense team made the process a lot less stressful. I would recommend Mike's services to family and friends.

Mr. Geiser and his whole office were amazing through the whole process. He is always more than willing to answer questions even when I asked the same question two and three times. He has always made himself available to answer an email or phone call. Michael Geiser and his staff are both professional and compassionate. I was in a car accident where I sustained a serious concussion. When I met Michael, he only had me sign a contract so he could represent me and nothing else. That meant a lot to me because if you have ever been concussed you aren't thinking clearly. He waited until I was fully recovered to begin talking about fees and settlement figures. Throughout the entire time that Michael represented me, my health was his number one priority. Not only did he fight the drivers insurance company to pay for my medical bills and my car repairs, but he also fought the medical intuitions and my health insurance to make sure that I was protected throughout the process. There is a stigma in our culture where lawyers are only out for themselves, but Michael Geiser is not characterized by this stigma. He said to me up front "I will not get paid more than you." When the driver's insurance refused to pay, he filed a suit and was ready to take them to court, not for money, but on the basis of what is morally right. Eventually, they settled and not only did my car payments and medical bills get paid, but I also received a cash tax-free settlement for the tuition I lost (I was in college when this happened). The settlement took so long that Michael even reduced his fees to make sure I had a larger settlement. There are many people in our society that are out for themselves and want to take advantage of you. Michael Geiser is not one of these people. He fought for me and he will fight for you! I highly recommend him and his staff. For the record, I was not paid to do this nor am I an actor. I am a real person who Michael helped. The only reason I agreed to review his firm is because of the quality of service as well as the quality of character. Michael treats you like family, and that who I wanted to represent me. Mike took on my case in December 2016, and it was settled today, 8/2/17. He and his assistant Deb were beyond helpful. Mike stayed in contact with me and explained everything as it was happening. I've never dealt with a personal injury attorney and had always assumed that they would have their "underlings" do all the leg work and communication. I was surprised that the entire time I dealt with GBM Law it was directly with Mr. Geiser. But that wasn't the biggest surprise, Mike's level of caring and understanding is amazing. He made me feel as though I was his most important client, and I think he would have done anything to make me happy. Michael Geiser and his team have spent the last 19 months working with my on my case against a drunk driver who could have ended my life. This was one of the most traumatic and worst experiences I have ever had to go through but I had Mike and Deb by my side the entire way to make everything so much easier for me. They were so supportive throughout this entire process, which was by no means easy. They helped me overcome every obstacle we came across and when it came down the to end I felt so sure of myself and them that they would make sure that whatever happened would be in my favor. Michael Geiser took time out of a number of busy days to help my room mate and I when we were in a tough situation. He showed nothing but compassion and understanding when hearing about our issues. He related our situation to issues that he has dealt with in the past with his own family members and I feel as though he connected on a personal level with us which only helped our case more.
